One thing we never have enough of? Space to store our stash. I've tried everything including shelves of an entertainment center and my grandmother's hope chest. However, I assume most crafters want to see all of their supplies in one place.
This one is 4 feet long with four "shelves" that are each 11 inches square. On one side, there are pockets where you can store your crochet hooks, patterns, scissors, and accessories.
There's a hook at the top that faces the back so the openings face out allowing you to quickly see all of your yarn at once.
If you've adopted a spare bedroom as your craft space, then you likely have a closet that you can make use of for storage. Using this type of organizer means that you can close the door and seal it off when you don't want to see a large wall of yarn or can leave the door open and the stash visible while working on a project.
What I like best is that you're not limited to just one. I have a spare bedroom we use only for guests and there's nothing in the closet at all. Wasted space! It's right next to my craft room so I could hang several of these side by side and have all of my fiber material in one place.
