I created this free crochet project tracking sheet for use in binders and notebooks. It’s available as a PDF or as a Canva template.
You can download the PDF version or save the image below to your computer. It’s 8.5″ x 11″ with room on the side so you can use a hole punch.
It has space for the date, your pattern information, yarn brand/color/lot#, any notes you want to keep, a photo of the pattern, and a photo of your finished project.
If you have Canva, you can access a shared version of this template here. You can then save the template to your Canva account and make any modifications you want.
In Canva, the text boxes have elements that are grouped together. You can ungroup them to make any spacing changes such as increasing the box sizes in the Yarn section or adding different embellishments at the corners.
